Move Business Accounts to new hardware

We need to upgrade OS on a couple of computers, which involves re-installing Reckon Accounts Premier 2013 (5 user annual license). We have gone through the whole process, including activation, with no issues. The final number of users is unchanged. I'm surprised we were able to activate beyond 5 times...I thought we might have to "de-activate" some seats, but couldn't see any process to do that. Are we OK?

Hi Robert,

Thank you for your post.

You should be able to activate it no more than 5 times as you are on Premier Edition. There could have been some server error that let you activate more than that.

I have just checked and you don't have any more activation left. If you need to activate more or reduce activated ones, please call Customer Service on 1800 RECKON (732 566) and one of our reps can do that for you.

For now, ensure you don't have it activated and installed on more than 5 PCs. We also would like to thank you for informing us the same.
