child support deductions

I have to start deducting payments form one of my employees for child support.
If I pay into 2 accounts it is simple but doesn't show on his pay slip and I can't see how to print a record of the payments. Any ideas please?

    Hi Phil,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    You will need to create a Deduction payroll item, please go to Lists > Payroll item list > Click on Payroll item and select new.

    Once you have created the deduction item then you will able to use that during payroll and it will display on the payslips.
