Hi Val You will need to start a new file - best to do this at end of financial year. There is a process where you can export out and import into the new file all of your Lists (COA, Customers etc), in your new file you are now able to delete any customers/suppliers etc that are no longer active. You then just need to enter your closing balances at the 30th June. This reduces the size of your file. You can still access your old file for past information, but the new years info is in the new file. I have some notes on how to do this, or if you want I can help you with it, contact me (details below) off forum if you would like to discuss further.
