Hi Renee,

Welcome to the Reckon Community.

As Customers Accounts are kept in a register with only the total amount appearing in the Accounts Receivable Account, it its not possible to arrange auto account numbers for each customer.

You can though assign account numbers as part of a customer name, or you go into 'Additional Info' tab enter a custom field for customer account number (which is also searchable).
