Payroll Premier version 11/12

I get an error when I open up Payroll Premier.  It says:
The version of payroll will not upgrade your version 18 database.  Please refer to the documentation with the software for the current procedure

    Hi Laura,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.  

    The message means your company file is corrupt.  You will need to restore your backup.

    If your backup is older than the last pay, you can restore from an Autobackup made when that pay was run.
    1. Go to C:\QPRollv22\Backup;
    2. Find your company file - there will be 9 files in the format filename-dd MMM yyy hhmm.00n where n is a number between 1 and 9.
    3. Copy the most recent one (.009) and past it to C:\QPRollv22\Data;
    4. rename the file in Data to filename2.QPB
    5. In Payroll Premier restore this backup.
