How should I upgrade from Reckon Accounts Premier 2013 to 2014?

I bought Reckon Accounts Premier and POS 2013 last year and this morning I received an email asking me to upgrade to the 2014 version. The POS upgrade was very smooth but when I'm installing the Accounts Premier 2014 it asks me for a Installation Key Code. I tried any codes that I have received so far from reckon (which are a handful) and none of them works. What should I do? How should I upgrade? When I try to look at the upgrade manual it also comes up with an XML structure page!!!
