Backup query

I have installed Reckon Accounts Plus 2014.
Unfortunately I forgot to backup the last session on Reckon Accounts Plus 2013 which I usually save to a thumb drive. I didn’t want to go any further without assistance, please help.

    Hi Peta,

    When you upgrade a company file it will prompt you to take a backup.

    But have you uninstalled your 2013 version yet? You can still open your 2013 even though 2014 is installed.
