Hey Sandie, welcome to the Reckon community and I hope you're having a pleasant time overseas. This error sounds like it relates to security permissions. If you are using IE please try to add www.reckononline.com.au as a trusted website. Alternatively trying an alternate browser might also be a good troubleshooting step. Let me know how you go!
