How to fix Emdupe file missing employees

I am having the same trouble. I have made sure it is the right Payroll year. I can do a report for that payroll year and the employee comes up in that, but not in Payment Summary.

I also am having that trouble. All are selected to "print" and all appear in payroll reports as having paid tax during the year.

I changed my preferred send form method is Employee information to Both and he is now showing up. Hopefully that helps.

Many thanks, making them all "both" seems to have worked.

I am getting the same problem but don't have the option to select both? either print or email and I am missing one employee. Also nothing happends when I try to create an emdupe file
