Error updating share prices in Quicken Personal Plus 2007 (Error 6986)

I have never had this issue before, just started happening today.
When I hit the "Download Quotes" button, I get a message:
"Quicken - Unexpected Error"
"Quicken has encountered a problem and needs to close...etc"
"Error Code: 6986"
Help!
