Contra - How to receive a payment and pay a payment on customer owning more to us than we do to them

    I have down this on several occasions and set up a contra account or suspence account(as a Bank Account) and put the entries through here. The balance can be either applied as a credit or a payment  - www.roptanbookkeeping.com.au
