Go to Edit, Preferences, Send Forms, Company Preferences, go to drop down box and select which email form you want to change and change it.1

Thank you so much Richard.
Also when changing the text, how do l for example, add the "fortnight end date" that the payment relates to so that it automatically appears in the body of the email.
Thanks Vicky

Hi Vicky,
The default 1, 2 and 3 to a page payslip layouts contain the date range of the pay and the Date Paid. You cannot make any changes to these formats.
The Reckon Custom Payslip (this is the full A4 page size) does allow you to add and remove fields. if your template does not contain the Pay Period, then you can add it on the template:- Lists > Templates > right click your Reckon Standard Pay Slip template > Layout Designer;
- Now right-click the background and select Add > Data field
- Select your required field (Pay period; Payment Date)
- Position it on the form.
Hope this allows you to produce something that is acceptable.
For Remittance Advices, you cannot change the text or its format.
regards,
John

Hi John,
Thank you for your response, but l was wanted to have the 'fortnight end date' of the wage payment automatically generate in the email, the same as it automatically generates the 'payment date'.
I was not referring to the payslip as the payslip is fine as is.
Thanks Vicky
