in my active customer list one of the customers has become a job attached to the previous customer. How do I change it back and stop it happening again

Hi Max

It has probably occurred from a mouse click. Not hard to do. Anyways, you need to be in single user mode. Then you can highlight the little diamond and move it over to the left, it should then align with the rest of your customers.
