Logged in for first time since website update, created new username, click on 'Load Accounts 2014' but receive a "Bad Request" error message?

I have changed to Chrome and it was certainly good for the first time

Yeah I did the same Ruth and it seemed to work ok. Hope that support for Google Chrome doesnt end the same way.

Hey Sultan, no issues with Bad Request at this point in time. It can indicate issue with proxy connections. Please see my response to the thread you started. ^Mirko.

could you please verify regarding the thread; I could log in but when I entered to Reckon it doesn't go throug and shows Bad Request. I manually put the username and password in new browser but it is still the same for my client.

Hey Sultan, have you checked the proxy settings on the PC's/Browsers as per my link? If that does not resolve the issue (or your having trouble with the steps) please give tech support a call for one to one assistance.
