Invoice to Email

I found that i can send Invoices by Email straight from the PDF Print in Safari, but why does it come up with ' WEB. PDF' therefore my clients can't open. I thought it would be easier to do it this way instead of going backwards and forwards wasting time......as if we haven't got enough of that. Is it in my settings or do i have to send them ONLY through Qbooks Email. ??????

Judy email it to yourself that's what I do and then you can forward it.
