Accounts Personal Plus 2015 - New User or Existing User every time I open

Every time I go to open Accounts Personal Plus 2015 I get the question am I a New User or Existing User.....  This never happened with Accounts Personal Plus 2013...  (As an aside "whatever did happen to Accounts Personal Plus 2014 that we paid our licenses for & used to get every Oct/Nov?")

My data file is call Finances (8 characters) & lives on a Network Drive where it has always been.

The easiest work around I have found to date, rather than having to navigate to the file every time, is to close the question box & go to the top menu, click file & there is my file listed with the network path & a tick beside it, so I click that to open my file.

Hopefully someone can give me a permanent solution relevant to this "upgraded" product.
