I have a client who is wanting to print a list of all open jobs (they aren’t using sales orders).  Does anyone know of a way to do it ?

    Hi Kay,

What do you mean by open jobs then if you aren't referring to Sales Orders?

    Kind regards,

    Hi Sally

The client creates a job number for the customer.

The can produce a report of Unbilled Costs by Job and Unbilled Time by Job.

What they want is to get a Report that combines the two without having to drop the reports out to Excel and combine.

    Thanks

I dont think Quickbooks has this ability to combine both reports first then export to excel. But, this can be done with a add on tool , and automated, if you dont like to use excel..and this add on tool requires tp press the button.
