Payment summary annual report error with ATO

We are using Quickbooks Premier 2010/11 and was unable to send my payment summary annual report to the ATO. Received the following error: VR06 (The field must be entered but you did not report anything in this field). Mentions supplier contact name

The old version may also cause it to not validate as the ATO periodically change the format of the EMPDUPE file
