I am having problems with one of my Company Files' Balance Sheets.

Hello Community,
When I run the Balance Sheet and click on the GST Payable it only shows Payments made to the ATO. I can not see all GST paid or collected for the period. The GST is reporting correctly on the BAS when I run a detailed tax report. I have tried to look at preferences etc, and changed to accrual - although this Company runs on a cash basis. I am unable to resolve the problem.
I would appreciate any suggestions or advice. Kind regards, Kate

On your Balance Sheet, click on the GST Payable name, then you should see a long list of all GST paid. They will all have the name of ATO, but if you double click on any of the transactions it will open up the original bill.
