Hi Christine,
It doesn't look like you can change it. It is linked to the Home Currency in the preferences area and as it is greyed out it can't be altered.
It may be able to be changed if you exported the list via an IIF file, opened in Excel, changed it, then reimporting to see if that works.
But no guarantee!
