CD Software not working anymore need to download software

I am new to this forum and could not see any answer to see if and how I can download the Version QuickBooks Accounting 2012/2013. We are updating our computers and the CD does not work to reload the software for which we have a licence. I have sent an email to Reckon support but this was less than 24 hrs ago, so still waiting for an answer. Thanks for any help!
