I can't activate quickbooks first business edition 2011 2012 on windows 8. I have only 4 more uses left!
Quickbooks was working just fine on my windows 7 computer, but that computer has had its day and I need to transfer my files from the old computer to the new one before they're gone for good.

Did you look at the minimum system requirements for 2011-12? It is NOT built to run on Windows home versions. You will need to run it in compatibility mode which is only available in the Professional or Ultimate versions of Windows 8.

    Hi Chita,

If you have installed it with no worries and it is just that you are having trouble activating, if you press CTRL + 3, it will give you the option to call Reckon to activate it manually.

    Kind regards,
