How to transfer Quantity on hand to pos

My question is: I have adjusted quantity on hand for all of items in inventory and changed my current Qty. Then I have transferred data from Account (In point of sale professional administrator) to POS. I expected this transferring makes update the amount of on hand. Could you tell me what is wrong? (Every things updated except quantity on hand) Thank you in advance.

Hi Parvin,

When you do a transfer you need to make sure that the box is ticked for transferring quantity on hand.

Did you have any end of day files waiting to be posted? Or were you doing it during the day whilst still transacting? That will cause the quantity on hand to not transfer across.
