quicken personal plus 2015 trial expired immediately

I have installed a trial for Home and business 2015 and then person plus2015 and both come up expired the next time I try to open the program. I have quicken data files from 2002 version that I cannot open in anything! Tried 2004 2006 and nothing works.

Hey Beth, to get 2002 file compatible with the latest version it would need go through the following upgrade path: 2002> 2004> 05/06 and then upgraded by opening within 2015.

To look into why the trial is expiring immediately, please call customer service (1800-RECKON) so they can look into the Trial Key that was provided to you. Thanks, Mirko
