Hi Joeann, in general installing Older Software on newer OS's can cause issues as there is no guarantee with compatibility.

Kevin, does 09/10 fair better with MS Win Server 2012? I'd think both would have problems running?

I thought even the newer versions (up to about 2012/13) were optimized for Server 08?
