Retrieve Cancelled Invoice Number

I accidentally cancelled an Invoice, can I retrieve it, or at least the Invoice number so I can re enter???? HELP

Solved: I opened a new Invoice and re entered it. Was able to amend the Tax Invoice No and use the original (previously cancelled) number. Happy now :-)

Thanks for your reply. I did have to re-do, but was able to use the Original Invoice number.
