Importing JA Russell invoices as bills

Does anyone know a solution for importing JA Russell invoices as bills? I am playing around with Zed but there appear to be a few issues which might prevent that being a solution.

Hello, we have now a new technology, using OCR , if you can get the invoices in pdf and it can come in emails, our solution will automatically grab the email containing the email that has the pdf supplier invoice and capture required information and process the bills in to Reckon accounts.
all automated, huge time savings and accounts payable cost reduced.
only available on desktop version at this moment , we are working on our own hosting of Reckon accounts and we can then cater for hosted clients.

Thanks for your reply Chandra, most appreciated. We might look at that option, but the customer currently receives a TXT file automatically by email, so our preference would be to use the TXT file if possible.

ok, no problems , can you kindly send me at least 5 .txt invoices please, we like to test it .

Hi Mike, there is a 3rd party solution Invitbox that might be worth looking into. Invitbox not only extracts data from PDF, can also scan documents in manually in other formats also via email. Invitbox has a few other wonderful time saving features as well. Great solution & great support team also. Kind Regards Kay

Mike, as we have confirmed, that we are able to get your. txt invoice format of J A Russell , with no issues, and this process will be done all in house, No requirement to send the info outside.
We are inviting any other businesses who wishes to trial out for 90 days free their supplier invoices automated , for now only desktop versions.
