Upgrading to Home & Business 2015 - Activiation of program in the pathway

HI, Im part way through the pathway to upgrading from Cashbook v8 to H&B 2015

Ive used Cashbook 2003/04 and now Im at the point of opening Quicken 2005/06 and having problems

Ive been unable to activate H&B2005/06 as the program cant/doesnt connect to the internet (laptop is connected) to confirm the key (from the guide). It then asks me to either try again or confirm by telephone. When you take the telephone option it asks to enter the additional key provided by the operator

Can you help? (with why it wont access internet provided or with a secondary key)

    You cannot register the software online any longer. You will need to ring Reckon.
