Record an income event, - the Transfer Account is greyed out. Help!

Hi: In Investment -> Add Transactions -> Record an income event, - the Transfer Account is greyed out. Help!

My only suggestion is: were you in a share /portfolio account when you went down this path.

The best approach would be to select add transaction, when in the share account list.
