Trying to access a reconciled entry and QB is kicking me out of the program. Verified Data says no

I have been trying to access a reconciled entry (Bank Charges) to edit the details/invoice#, but QB kicks me out of the progam. I have ran a Verify Data Integrety and it came back "no errors". Any solutions?

Do you get this crash on anything else, other than what you were trying to do? Such as reports or entering invoices etc?

If that crashes only on opeing that transactions, than possibly because that transaction is corrupt. Please delete it and reenter it.

You can delete it from the bank register.

Go to the list -> chart of accounts and select that bank account and double click to open the bank register.
Move to that trasaction
Select it and press CTRL + D to delete it.

Once deleted you have to reenter that transactions. Please note you might have to reconcile again.

Thank you. It was only when I tried to open the one transaction to edit it. I have deleted and completed the reconciliation again.
