how do i transfer payroll from old to new pc

Hi Sheryl, thanks for your post and welcome to the Reckon Community.

That's not a problem.

Create a backup of your company file on the old computer.
Uninstall Reckon Accounts
Install Reckon Accounts on your new PC
Activate - you can use the sample file
Restore your backup

thank you for your reply, ....if i find the most recent back up from last payroll.....would that suffice...it is confusing me as there seems to be 3 back ups that day with the latest in time being called 004....assume that this would be the correct one with the current data
 to transfer...

Please restore the latest backup and once restored you can check the latest transactions by running the Audit Trail.
