On trying to open Accounts EasyStart this morning I get an unrecoverable error code as follows and the program will not open.

Hi Jen, thanks for your post and Welcome to the Reckon Community.

Please try to open Accounts EasyStart by holding the CTRL key, if you get the same error then try to perform a clean installation of Reckon Accounts EasyStart.

Refer to knowledgebase article#331 for Clean Installation.
