Hey, If you have disk, enter it in the machine and proceed with install. If you need a download link, give you customer service team a call on 1800 RECKON and they will be able to provide it to you. Your data file file though, would need to be copied over. If you have a copy of it on a USB drive or on the XP machine please bring that over. ^Mirko
