Cannot Print Payslips for all employees

I can't seem to print payslips for around half of my employees in my Reckon Accounts Plus 2014. I am forced to print pay cheques. Is anyone else having this problem or resolved this issue? Please help! I have tried printing from File --> Print Forms --> but I am always only presented with half of the employees to select from.

    Hey Stacy, check the employee card to see if email & print (or just email) is selected for some of the employees that are not showing.

    plus check the bank account and date from which they are paid out of and on

    Hi Stacy,

    I always set my employee preferences to both for this reason. Quite frequently my clients like to email their payslips, yet print their payment summaries.

    So if it is set to both it makes everyone happy!
