When I try to open Reckon Accounts Plus 2014 it comes up IszFileBuffer.empty, then Unrecoverable error and has shut down Code 199293111. I tried to repair Accounts, then Uninstalled the program and it still comes up error code is now.19842 80359. I was using the program on Saturdau closed it and tried to reopen it a few minutes later and couldn't open it. I am using Parralels 8 with windows 7 on a Mac computer.

Thank you for the post.

Sorry to hear that, this error will occur if the program files are moved or modified by an antivirus software or if the program is corrupted.

Please try the following options -
**please ensure that you have a backup of your data file**
if you don't please make a copy of the "yourcompanyname.QBW" file

Step 1
you will have to do a clean uninstall of the program (please note that some of the folders amybe different on your windows environment due to parallel 8)
