Thanks for your reply, no I am not getting an error message, I have happily been sending them for a month now and was only alerted when I went into send to check whether I had sent the last one I had been working on and found none there for over a month! Gutting!!

I understand it to be. Also just to be on another tack - this is the third time it has happened, a message comes up saying it can no longer find my company file and it has to abort and nothing can be saved - is this a common problem as I won't be continuing if it is a common fault. Sorry just thought of something else, I am getting a new laptop today - an Apple Macbook Pro - will I be able to run Quickbooks on this and also can I transfer my data ??

Regarding using your Mac to run Reckon Accounts Desktop, I have a few clients successfully doing this with the use of a program called Parallels. Basically this will allow you to run both the Mac and Windows operating systems side by side. There are other similar programs.

Thanks for the update Keven, I must have been lucky as it worked for me recently.

Yay, I seem to have solved this myself, have downloaded Outlook and suddenly all my emails in my outbox starting moving to sent! Such a relief!!
