Hi I am using Reckon Accounts Enterprise - Professional Edition and I would like our billing rates to appear in some of our reports. Specifically time by job detail and time by name detail. Can anyone help please?

yes, we already do this, we have report tool will do more than this, we can also show in tax invoice the name of employee who did the job, and many many more features in the application , we can compare actual un billable / billable hours in dollars.
