sales order template changed after upgrade

After the upgrade from RA Premier Contractor Edition 2014 to RAP - CE 2015, I've lost my customised sales order template and a few others by the look of things. How can I get them back?

Worked out how to get the missing/altered templates back.

Exited from 2015 and started 2014.

Opened the last back up file made by 2014 version.

Opened manage templates and exported missing/altered templates.

Exited from 2014 and started 2015

Opened the 2015 version of company file, navigated to manage templates and imported the old templates.
