When email invoice the inoivces are all called moz_mapi-1

Hi,
Every time I try to email an invoice. The attached invoice is called moz_mapi-1 .
Even though it can be opened with PDF and is a PDF file.
Have no idea why.
Was working ok a month back.??

Using Reckon accounts Pro 2014.
With windows 8.1 and
Eudora OSE email program.

Yes it would seem so.
Maybe I will try another email program and see what happens .

Have changed to Thunderbird.
The files work and open but are still all called
moz_mapi-1 .

Tried the the info you sent over but didn't seem to work .
