Have you just bought the latest version of Reckon Accounts Business online after using an older version for some time?
You may need to "step upgrade" your version to maintain your company file's integrity.
Its not an issue if you are upgrading from a 2007/08 version or later, but if it is an older one, you may need to upgrade the file through a number of intermediate versions.
