Can anyone advise how to delete or void a transaction in Hosted please?

Help points to the Edit menu but there are no options in that menu to delete or void a transaction

    Hi Linda, If you open the transaction, then click on the EDIT button, it should offer a range of options, depending upon the type of transaction. Among the options will be delete, void and a few others. Hope this helps.

    HI Linda, you need to open the transaction first otherwise the VOID option doesn't appear in the Edit menu.

    When you say "open the transaction" what exactly do you mean?  I am opening it in the register, clicking on Edit, but no void option is available to me.

    It is payments that have been added to the register twice.  I have recorded them as paid in accounts receivable when the invoices were paid, then they have come through again in the bank download.  I can't find a way to void them.  Any suggestions?
