Simplified BAS statement not refreshing

I use Reckon Hosted and I am trying to refresh the simplified BAS statement. I have configured it and selected Refresh. It then goes to work creating the document using the new printing system but a report or form does not eventuate and I am returned to the previous screen. I have used this form every quarter successfully up until now. I know the BASE reporting is all on line now but I want to be able to see all the figures required together - PAYG and BAS

Ok, Found my own answer.  The tax codes for each section had not been selected so therefore there was nothing to refresh. Once these are selected and a refresh process is run and finished you need to reopen the Simplified BAS option

How do I select the tax codes for each section?

Hi Rachel,

To select the tax code(s) for each label, simply click on the label icon. E.g. G1.

Then the tax code box will appear.

Select the relevant tax code(s) for that particular label and click OK.
