Reconciliation Discrepancies

Maybe a stupid question but I am hoping for the best...

Can you fix reconciliation discrepancies that go over an entire year without undoing the years work?

I really don't want to undo an entire year and re-reconcile again.... Sheesh - I reconcile weekly so it won't be a small job.
I think I may be in over my head with this problem!!!

    It depends how much it is. If I'm more than 0.01 cent out I go looking for it.

    over $9000 I have to fix it, I realise that and I know what they are, but how do I fix it without undoing an entire year??

    haha yeah it is, I made big mistake and had to get reckon to fix it.... now I have a big job of going back and re reconciling the months it has affected, however, it won't be as simple as a quick phone call... I have made a complicated mess with a customer (sigh)

    Sara you can Journal in the corrections without undoing it all.

    I really wish it were that simple.... Ive just spent hours trying to understand what Reckon "help"  have done for me, I think the case is now worse.... none of what they have done in a clients record replicates what the transactions actually were, Best bet I think is to call them again!!! :(

    After a long 12 hour day, I figured it out (well just about) and I didn't have to undo a years worth of reconciliation.... thanks for advice .... And Reckon gave me a follow up call today - Thank you :)
