packing slips/sales orders

We use the latest version Reckon Hosted. We are a small manufacturing company. When an order is received from a customer we raise a shop order to provide the paperwork to pick the order. In the main this system works very well. However it would be helpful if it raised a flag when an item does not carry sufficient stock to complete the order. It certainly raises a flag when from the sales order we raise the invoice and in the process reduces our inventory and this is the sort of thing we want to do but earlier in the process

    Hi Ian,

    The software currently doesn't have any settings you change to make sales orders do this like invoices do.  I can forward your feedback on to our development team.

    We would also like to see this implemented to make our process more user friendly.

    We would like a notification at the point of sales order creation also.
