Error installing Personal Plus 2015 - Windows 10 - Error 1618

I have been Using Reckon (Quicken) personal Plus for several years. Have just obtained a new Windows 10 PC and am having issues with installing Reckon personal Plus 2015 on to the new PC. Whether I amusing the previously downloaded 2015 file or the latest 2015 files I receive an installation failure message of "Quicken Failed to Install - Exit Code: 1618" (Attached). As I have said I have tried installing the previous supplied version, latest download (Today) as well as with all firewall and antivirus disabled - all with the same result. Can anyone assist ?

To fix this issue please follow this guide:

Follow step 1, then log into the built in administrator, follow step 2 and then attempt to install the software again.
