Quicken Personal Plus 2012 re-install due to HDD crash.

Due to HDD crash I have to re-install program with original disk. It installs ok but get the following error message when I put key code in.
"Could not connect to licensing server. The application has been denied access to the server. Try again now, or wait and try later"
None of these options work. It does suggest calling but being in Australia it's not practcal to call the number provided.

Thanks Andrew, I now realise there is a local number to call for assistance not just the O/S one. Appreciate the prompt response.
