Help, the wages didn't convert to an ABA file !

Help the wages didn't convert to an ABA file - they were there in online banking but when I preview & create they are not. I deleted the pays & did them again,same problem - I need to do pays now!

    Have you got the payments checked on the right? They should all have little tick marks next to them...

    yes, I've been doing them weekly since I switched to Hosted & haven't had any trouble before today. I ended up closing out of everything & then reopening Online Banking & they reappeared & I could process them then(3rd time lucky!) - what a long day & no obvious reason for the glitch! thanks for helping

    I had same issue 2 pay periods in a row.  Worked today without any hassle.  I think my file needs rebuilding as when I checked I have quite a few defrag files, which I am sure is probably causing my slowness and delay especially when building reports
