Reckon POS Not printing to receipt printer

Running Reckon POS Professional 2015 with a cash drawer and thermal receipt printer.
Issue has just started, when doing a sale, the printer will not print out a receipt. However, when we go back to the previous sale in POS and do a re-print it works fine, and a 'No Sale' prints out fine, so I do not believe the issue is with the printer.

Has been working fine for ages before this. Any ideas?

    Hi Wade,

    Do you see 'Receipt Off' at the bottom of the POS Terminal?

    If yes, please create a button to turn it on. The POS Function is Receipt On/Off.
