Error When Sending Statements

When trying to send out statements I am getting the following error and statements fail to send:
MAPI Error Code 80004005 (16389) at line 1102 in sendmail.cpp . An internal error occurred while preparing your message. It has not been sent.
This doesn't happen when sending invoices - is it because it is a larger batch of emails at once ?
We are running the following:
Windows 7
Reckon Accounts Plus 2015 (desktop)
Outlook 2013 with Office 2013
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Is there anything written in the customers email "cc" section on the Customer Information page that is not a valid email address?0
