gst amounts not showing on balance sheet

Is there a way of fixing up the following GST issue The correct amounts of GST are showing in the chart of accounts but the trial balance and balance sheet are not showing the all of the GST balances as follows. I did try and merge the accounts together but still has not fixed the issue. I have done various verify’s and rebuilds but has not fixed the problem. Am thinking may have to go to Reckon to fix but yay it’s a long weekend so wondered if any of you guys have a fix.

I have just resolved the issue. The client had changed the default reporting preference to net instead of gross which I noticed when ran the P&L report which included Gst hence the GST disappeared from the balance sheet and the Customs GST showed
